.exe Modding.
Does anybody know of a way to decompile the .exe? or a way to inject things into it? There are some things that are hard-codded that a buddy and I want to change for an overhaul project.

Yes, there is. I unpacked it using 7zip (I think), but unless you really want to work hard on it, changing the data inside is damn hard.

No. We already went over this quite a number of times with the ftl devs. The only way to mod the source is with overdrive.
