Transferring Mac Data/Achievements to PC Copy

Hello!

I'm a Mac user who just lucked out in getting a fully tricked out desktop gaming PC, and I've been meaning to transfer my FTL experience there since the game's just a little slow in nebula space on my dinky Macbook black. However, I'm sure you all know just how precious game data is in FTL. I don't use a Steam key to play, so I'm wondering if there's a quick 'n' dirty way of transferring saved data from a Mac version to a PC version?

Locate the prof.sav and continue.sav files on your Mac. The latter only exists if you have a game in progress and used Save&Quit. prof.sav contains all your unlocked ships, achievements and top scores, and is definitely the one you want to transfer to your PC.

Here's the location of prof.sav on Mac:

~/Library/Application Support/FasterThanLight/

If you can't find your Library folder, it's because on Mac OS Lion it's defaulted to hidden. Open a Terminal and enter:

chflags nohidden ~/Library/

Or just open Finder and "Go->Go to Folder" and enter the path

Here's the location of prof.sav on Windows (where you need to put the copied prof.sav file, creating the folder if needed; or just play the game once, and replace prof.sav with the one from your Mac):
