I bought FTL yesterday on the ftlgame.com but never received a key or how to download the game, I emailed customer service on this site and to Humble Store last night after 5 hours went by but still haven't gotted a response. PayPal charged my account and verified funds were sent and I don't want to go through the dispute process, is there another way to contact someone to get the game? If they ran out of keys or something that would be fine, I just would like to hear something.

Edit: Nevermind, I was able to go back in my browsers history to yesterday and access the page when I bought it, never got an email but it did give me the steam key but not DRM-free one, oh well good enough.

If you put your email address there, they should send the download link again. Are you sure you made no mistake in the email address you gave them?

The DRM-free download links should be right below your Steam key.
