What is happening in terms of updates?
The game hasn't recieved any updates or anything in the past 2 months or so. What gives? - the guys got tonnes of money from kickstarter and unless I'm missing something i'm actually quite disappointed.

FTL was released in September. Could you really not be arsed to look at the forum before posting? Go buy it, play it, and enjoy it.

I believe he may be referring to post-release updates? In which case, give the guys a break! The lead up to releasing a game and the time immediately after can be pretty stressful, let them wind down a bit, bounce some idea's around before rushing out potentially buggy updates

The goal of the Kickstarter was to enable them to finish and release the game; and they finished it and released it. Goal accomplished! Matthew's been occasionally been posting responses to reports of bugs in the technical support forum saying he'll look into it, so there must be plans for more bug fixing patches at least.

I assumed they'd be in Vegas, celebrating by "going skiing with professionals" as we call it here. That's what I'd be doing if I'd made something this awesome...

Yeah ok. Just other games like T2 have been getting a few updates. I do understand however they are a much much larger team.
