Welcome to combat training

Post by SGR_Zonemaster »

Right due to a request i will make a new one :|

So to start you will have to find one of those ship thingy called a kelesral (i cant spell today )
you will start with bl 2 so that's good i think but if you wont to win at this war you will need a Artemis
(or better) now you will need a shield i recommend a shield that can hold off 2 shots so you cant be
shot at with a lazer! or even shot at because you will not need any better due to the rebels only having 2 shot gun
and stuff.

now if you will live to see sector 5 you will stand no chance with basic weaponry so get an upgrade to your lazer or anything you need because the sector 5 is unforgiving!

My pet Roger died in sector 5 they jammed the O2 systems and suffocated him :(

IF YOU NEED ANYTHING ASK AND I WILL RESPOND ASAP!
-----------OLD EDIT-----------------

Well you need to take own the enemy right?...

Well, im Sargent zonemaster im here to teach you how to play FTL!

First, you are going to need a spaceship like i recommend the Ospray its fast
good looking and its got the best gun in the game!

Next you will need GUNS! MORE GUNS AND EVEN MORE GUNS!
Like the um... you find out

if you need help with anything JUST ASK!

FTL FTW!

Ahem. The only way to get the Osprey is to beat the game... If someone can beat the game to get the Osprey, why would they need a walkthrough? I recommend a walkthrough using either the Kestrel or the Vortex, as they are the first two ships a newb will be getting. Personally I used the Vortex to beat the game. Three ion cannons and two anti-ship drones. I kept their shields and weapons down, the drones handled the fighting. If really necessary I boarded, but I only really needed to for the boss.
