Fun game guys!
But I am getting no upgrade to my shield count with the scrap upgrades.
Pic shows third level of upgrade, but the shield count top left is still 1.
Does this with all my ships I currently own.
Any ideas/help?

Have you made sure that you're actually giving the system the power it needs? (in the bottom left)

The tutorial shows briefly how to give and take power from systems. Shouldn't have skipped it.
