Ideas that wouldn't make it into the game

So yeah, I'm sitting here letting my boarding drone kill an auto-scout. So why not make a post?

For me, I'd like to see...
Boarding drones do 1 damage to zoltan shields - just to make early game basilisk less of a pain, and because it would be hilarious, 5 drone part cost per fight notwithstanding. Of course, this would turn the flagship's third phase into a joke if you lugged a boarding drone along in your cargo. (Not that it isn't a joke to begin with, CLOAKING AMIRITE! Shut your face Federation Cruiser no one asked you for an opinion! *obviouslykiddingpleasedon'tkillme*) Also, who's to say this tactic wouldn't be used against you while you played a Zoltan ship?

Defense Drones sitting stationary at the center of your ship instead of orbiting it - "Whoops, missile got through on the front because I was in the back and my laser didn't make it in time, sorry broski!"

You can't spam the boarding drone only one at a time so the flagship battle wouldn't be a problem
