I have two questions. One, is there a changelog anywhere for this mod? Also, using advanced plating to counter hacking and mind control doesn't appear to work. I get text stating the crew feels safe and I use lvl3 manned sensors to see enemy power use. The enemies can still use mind control and hacking.

I know this might be somewhat of a strange point, but I think that the stuff Twinge's mod ( http://www.it-is-law.com/ftl-balance/in ... =Main_Page ) does should be the main changes done to vanilla FTL. I find it quite strange that the Engi B has 2 weapon slots and four drone slots. Not only does that break the UI a little, but it turns drones from a supplement to your attacks into a reliance. All this seems to mean is that you're guzzling drone parts to get a similar effectiveness of a 4/2 or hell even a 3/3 slot loadout. The fact that the cost of max engines in both mods is only a small scrap difference, but this mod penalizes engines in the early game, as does the 100 scrap for lvl 2 shields, as does CE enemy generation early on and paying for damage from not having adequate defense from low scrap rewards..... this sounds like on Hard it will lead to a large scrap spending spiral. Or at least exacerbate/create a weird, inverse difficulty curve.

Though, what do I know? Literally as I type this post my opinions are changing =P. It's eerily quiet in this thread.
