Can't find a mod

I'm not sure if this is where I should post this. but about a year ago, I found a mod that allowed an encounter with one of those ai controlled ships that could let you cheat things like weapons or scrap ect. through the dialogue box, now I can't seem to find it. Can anyone help?

Maybe my scramble mod ? Its a menu that gives you anything from the game and it uses a lousy AI ship hull for display.

There is also the ship customizer mod now, same idea but you have to pay for everything at first beacon.
