Crystal Quest Tweak HELP

I have downloaded the Crystal Quest mod (http://www.ftlgame.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=3483)
I get the statis pod and then finally get to the Rock Homeworlds, I talk to the quest giver, go to the quest mark, then the three options are: 1. Scrap it 2. Leave it alone 3. (crystalline) scrap it

Is something wrong, I don't get the option to boot up the ship

Btw i am playing on steam, does this interfere with anything?

You should ask the question on the mod page itself.
As to answer your question... don't know, never used the mod as I was one of those lucky few who got the Crystal Cruiser back before AE came out.
