Hello,
I'm trying to test a pulsar sprite replacement. However, I can't seem to find any in-game. Can anyone share a "continue.save" at a pulsar?
Better yet, is there a way to use the Profile Editor to force a given event? I looked through the section map there, but didn't see anything that looked like it would work.

I believe your best bet is to get the Mod Testing Environment. It lets you test stuff in every possible situation, including pulsars.

This occurred to me after I posted and went to bed... Then this morning I started up a game and found one after just a couple jumps... Go figure.
I've attached the saves in case anyone else comes across the same thread looking for the same thing.
I had Captain's Edition 1.229 and Disable Fleet mods loaded, in that order. (Save won't show the pulsar without both.)
