.exe Modding.

Does anybody know of a way to decompile the .exe? or a way to inject things into it? There are some things that are hard-codded that a buddy and I want to change for an overhaul project.

Yes, there is. I unpacked it using 7zip (I think), but unless you really want to work hard on it, changing the data inside is damn hard.

Not to mention it's against the ToS, ToU, or EULA, whichever of these (some may not even exist, though) mentions disassembling the client.

No. We already went over this quite a number of times with the ftl devs. The only way to mod the source is with overdrive. And overdrive is a bit fussy.
