1.03.3 bugs and feature requests

Bugs encountered so far:
- duplicate crew names: was rewared in a dialog with a new crew member (engi named "Charlie"), later in the same run was rewarded again with new crew (again engi named "Charlie"). Both crew members (nr. 5 and nr. 6 at this point) work fine, but it's a bit confusing.
- lvl3 sensors do not work correctly in final boss fight. tested with crystal b layout. during the third stage of the boss fight i noticed that the sensors do not display enemy system status / power usage. the sensors were lvl3 and undamaged.
Feature requests:
- re-ordering crew members: using the crew sidebar to re-order the crew, could be done with ctrl+<drag&drop> of the corresponding crew member. that way new crew members could be more conveniently managed.
- queueing of teleport actions during cooldown / while enemy is cloaked. would eliminate the need to pause for precise teleport timings in these situations. could also apply to cloak cooldown. weapons can already be queued.
- method to assign current positions of all crew members inside the player ship to a mapping and a method to recall that mapping, i.e. with hotkeys. that way one could quickly tell the entire crew to "return to their posts" after a fight.
