The complete lack of game sounds or commentary made the video a little bit eerie...

Nice job getting to the final sector at last, at least. You were pretty underpowered for where you were so it's not too surprising you had a hard time (Only having 10% evade by the end is a recipe for disaster...), but now that you've made it once I'm sure you'll make it back again before too long!

Yeah, I had company in and forgot my mic was on, the whole thing was done in a rush. I'm surprised I even made it to Sector 8 with my ship... it was falling to bits all the way from Sector 5 or something lmao... I only took the video to prove to a few friends I managed it haha

Did you just rush the exit in every sector? You should explore each sector as much as possible before leaving. You should aim to get out at the last possible jump before the rebels take the exit. You will have much more scrap and way more weapons.

No, I didn't really rush it but I also didn't go out my way to hit as many beacons as possible.

Now when I play I spend more time looking at routes that will hit as many beacons as possible now (1 week vet, I'm catching on lmao).

I think really, I should have died a LOOONNNGGG time ago but just lucked out and made it all the way.

A friend of mine had bought the game before me and I kinda felt like I was in competition there and just played the arse out the game for 2 days solid and I've played it just about every day since, just not putting in as many hours lmao.
