[Solved] Progress Lost on Computer Switch

First of all, I just want to thank you guys for this game, it's been 35 extremely fun hours so far.
However, when I recieved my new windows computer this christmas (I was on a mac before), all of my progress was gone.
I play on steam on a windows 7x64, and I had 6 of the ships and many of the type b's.
All of my progress from other games was carried over and when I go back to my mac, the progress of ftl is still there.
Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

You can manually copy your profile file from your Mac to your new Windows computer. Check out this post for the locations to find the file / where to move it:
