Help:Cant repair door systems, door in room is open to space

So i am using the STarcraft ship mod and using the cruiser and the doors system is in a room right next to the outside of the ship. So the system is down and I opened the doors to vent fire and didnt close them in time before the system went down. The door in the system room is now open to space, and I guess I can't get in there to fix it without being jettisoned. Sigh. Any tips here?

Uhh, whats the problem here exactly? Just go in the room and repair it. Keep at least 1 person in the room at all time (Or the repair meter will reset), and just balance your crew. Heal them up later.

You must have missed the part where I wrote that the door to outside the ship is opened int hat room so if my guys try and repair it they will be jettisoned out of the room, correct?

No, they will just take damage slowly. Send them in the room to repair it.

If someone is in a room with no oxygen, they will suffocate.
