Do you still have the email you received when you bought the game? It contains the address of the Humble Bundle page from which you can download the game. I think you just need to go back to this address, and download the game again, and install it again. At least this is what I'm going to do when I arrive at home later in the evening.

Yeah, you have to reinstall the humble version. It won't mess with your profile at all, though. So it's safe to uninstall/reinstall at will
