If you're on windows, and using Steam, then FTL is located here:

(Steam Installation)/steamapps/common/FTL Faster Than Light

(Steam Installation) is likely along the lines of: C:/Program Files/Steam , but could be different for you

I did not get them... unless you were one of the people that sent them yesterday. Can you PM me the email address you're sending them from?

am a new member, the system will not let me PM. says I need to participate more to unlock this feature.

it would have been from a gerhard.ca account. I can resend them if you like and reference this post

Matthew - I have also had this same bug crash two of my games tonight. No problems prior to this point. My game is not from Steam, though, but GOG, so it seems that this problem may go beyond Steam. I have two crash logs. Should I send them to you, as well?

I did receive that email and responded mattinthehat. Did you not get my response? Here it is below for others as well:

Are you using the Steam version of FTL? We just released a patch that probably won't directly help with the crashes, but if you turn on V-Sync and/or the Frame Limiter from the options then it might reduce the frequency of the crashes.

Given the frequency of the crashes and apparently randomness of the cause according to the logs, it might be worth it to check your RAM / hard drive for any potential errors. This link from GOG.com gives some instructions for doing so:

http://www.gog.com/en/support/faster_th ... for_errors

That's a long shot though, so I'll look definitely be looking into the crashes in further detail and let you know if I find anything. Keep me updated if anything changes for you.
