Doorcontrol costs 60 scrap. I like the idea with the breach in the ship. never thought of that ^^

I wanted to like The Vortex after unlocking it, but it's really underwhelming. The Drone Reactor Booster is pretty weak, movement speed? You're giving up a lot for this one item. To make a board drone mod work I would have liked 50% more HP or 50% more repair/damage output.

The vortex is amazing late game. It's just hard in the beginning.

No but it can use three. And you start with level 4 drone control. Def drone II is ridiculous. Get one of those and two attack drones and almost any weapons loadout and you will own. No question.

Ok, it's just per ship really, as I beat the game first time in the mantis type B, and that starts with no weapons, and two crew!

The Mantis Cruiser B
I can easily board 4 deadly mantises in enemy cruiser and kill all members
and for the boss, i teleport 2 mantises in missile system, kill crew member and disable the weapons and use the power from defense drones at another systems, finally with a little strategy you can kill every crew member and take the ship
