Blue Option Preview (+CE Patch)

This mod adds grey options for all the blue ones you can't choose at a time, so you can see exactly what you can't have .

Or to learn to play better, whatever.

This is my first actual mod, so I welcome all feedback. It was asked on reddit whether something like this could be made, so, I figured, why not.

Thanks to the board - such a great resource, and especially to MTE, from which I lifted a line to make the options actually greyed out. I hope that's okay.

I took a few hours to do the same thing with CE.

You might want to think twice about installing, though, as, for now, it breaks the UI a little in some choices - there are just so many options in a lot of CE's events (every fight has blue options for all the augments etc.). I'll probably take some time to remove them. At some point. Anyway, you'll be seeing those choices a lot if you choose to install.

I also haven't really been playing CE recently, so it's kind of untested, but it should work fine.

I think mod order should be like this:

bluetogrey.ftl
FTL Captains Edition 1.28c.ftl
bluetogrey_ce_patch.ftl

Of course it is!!! This was the point of it. I encourage everyone to analyse and re-use code from MTE. There are many examples of things you can do with events.
