Re: SIS BattleStorm V1.2
There's no need to make a new thread after you update the ship. Just edit the first post of your last one with the updates and then post in it saying "I updated it. Here's what's changed."

I made my ship with SuperLuminal, does that have anything to do with it?stylesrj wrote:Blueprints.xml.append should be in your .ftl file where you made your ship.
You take the plans for the Repair Bomb from the blueprints.xml file in your extracted documents (or it could be dlcblueprints.xml) and put them in your .append document, above the ship blueprints.

Open up the .ftl file with WinRAR or something. Or change the extension to .zip. Same thing really.trollnoob3214 wrote:I made my ship with SuperLuminal, does that have anything to do with it?stylesrj wrote:Blueprints.xml.append should be in your .ftl file where you made your ship.

blueprints.xml.append should be under data

The exact same way you changed it to be a .zip?trollnoob3214 wrote:Okay, now how do I reseal the .ftl file so it will run?stylesrj wrote:

Re: [SHIP] SIS BattleStorm
I extracted it, there was no option to turn it into a zip(even inside WinRAR)steamtex wrote:The exact same way you changed it to be a .zip?trollnoob3214 wrote:Okay, now how do I reseal the .ftl file so it will run?stylesrj wrote:

Re: [SHIP] SIS BattleStorm
Someone post a step-by-step guide (if there isn't one already)
1) You find your .ftl file and open it with your archive-viewing program of choice.
a) If you don't have an archive-viewing program like WinRAR then change the extension to .zip
3) Extract Blueprints.xml.append from it.
4) Add the data you need to this file.
5) Move the file back into the archive
a) Change the extension of the archive back to .ftl
What you don't do is turn blueprints.xml.append into a zip file. Or put multiple .ftl files inside of an .ftl file, followed by the original mod, someone else's, and the cookie recipe you were saving for those guys at the NSA. Seriously don't do that. That's annoying.

Merged topics. Seemed better than deleting the other.trollnoob3214 wrote:Ok, thanks!stylesrj wrote:There's no need to make a new thread after you update the ship. Just edit the first post of your last one with the updates and then post in it saying "I updated it. Here's what's changed."
