Text Bug: in description for Titanium System Casing

The description reads:

All ship systems have additional plating that provide a 15 percent change to negate damage when hit (hull will still be damaged)

There are two errors:

1) "plating that provide " should be "plating that provides "
2) "15 percent change" should be "15 percent chance"

It is the plating that is proving the 15 percent bonus, and as there are multiple platings (one for each system) they should be referred to in the plural.

While "All ship systems..." refers to pluralized systems, the "additional plating" does not have to. Additional plating, singular, provides a 15 percent chance to negate damage.
