something about slipstream?

well i was wondering im making a mod and stuff but i want to push that aside for a sec what can i do to go back to vanilla i uncheck everything and press patch but it still has mods enabled and i cant test my mods with the other mods can someone help me out?

Reinstall the game (if using Steam, verify game cache and it'll fix the missing files)

Then delete the backups created in Slipstream and run it again without any mods checked. The backups created should be vanilla FTL.
