Whenever I use Fullscree stretch, the screen goes to the correct size, but is moved to the left and a bit up..
So, a piece is cut of on the left side and on top, and I have a black bar on the right and at the bottom..
Cant submit screenshot, couse using PrtScr gives a screenshot of the loading screen, and using fraps, well, it gives a screenshot the way it should look like.

Re: Full screen outside of monitor..!!
One thing you could try:
Go to your graphics card control panel and find something like; Adjust Desktop Size and Position.
Under 'Scaling' select 'full screen' and tick the box 'overwrite the scaling mode set by games and programs.'
You may or may not need to select 'perform scaling on: GPU'
Then you could try setting the resolution there to either your monitors resolution (try this first) or 1280x720 if
that doesn't work.
No guarantees, but might be worth a shot.

I have an AMD graphics card and it doesn't have the scaling, full screen, or 'overwrite the scaling mode set by games and programs' settings available. Any suggestions?
