I just went through and got some more detailed alignment details, since I need to leave the house today so I can't really work on this. Here's what I managed to discern with my hazy vision.

KestrelA and KestrelC - Greebles are 1 pixel too high/Rooms are 1 pixel too low (it's hard to tell exactly which it is)
LaniusB - Greebles are 1 pixel too high and 1 pixel too far right (because the actual ship itself was misaligned in vanilla compared to LaniusA)
RockA and RockC - Rooms are 1 pixel too low
SlugB - Greebles are 4 pixels too low
StealthA and StealthC - Greebles are 2 pixels too low
StealthB - Rooms are 2 pixels too high

I've been making some small changes to the Kestral A. Just some tweaks. And I've also made some changes to the Kestral B. There were still a few places where it looked like it was placed on top of the ship instead of being cut into it. So I changed a few hings here and there. One of the main tihngs that bothered me were the doors into space near the front. They just opened up to the top of the hull, which looked a bit odd. So I made some large gaps that lead to the side so that it seems like the doors actually lead into space. Here's a preview.

Edit: Okay, here's new version of the .ftl file. I included the new A and B kestral ships. I also added credits in the discription and hopefully I got everyone in there that contributed.

Whoops! double post!

I just had a little thought. I don't know if this is possible, but it would be cool if the little cloaking sphere on crystal B flashed blue a bit as if electricity were running through it when you activate cloaking.

And one more thing, for Engie C, can you fix it for us non CE users? There is just an empty room where an artillery beam is supposed to be and it looks very ugly.

Yes I know about the extra room on the Engi. That's likely the next thing I'll fix.

I am the above-mentioned redditor having issues with graphic anomalies appearing while using this otherwise awesome mod. (Link to my screenshot: http://cloud-4.steampowered.com/ugc/419 ... 01F5B7F61/ )

This is on Mac osx using the .93 version of the mod. Help?
