Since v24, I've gotten a little more info about these from Matthew.
* Sets the Clonebay's queue priority for this crew (lowest is first).

* When this crew dies, this is set to the newly incremented universal
* death count. Then this value lingers. When this crew has not yet
* died, this is -1.
Future releases will quietly skip "deathOrder" when opening, and write the value of "clonebayPriority" in both places when saving. It will not appear in the GUI as a separate field anymore.
Not here to report a bug or anything, just to say a huge thank you for this. I lost my whole save file (including 25 out of 28 ships, two of which were the Crystals and a good run in the Carnelian Cruiser, S6 on Hard) so this mod saved me a lot of hassle trying to vainly rescue my file or break my laptop in absolute fury. Kudos to you good sir!

Since right now buying artillery at a store will corrupt the save file and prevent you from continuing if you save and quit. I am also really hoping you will make it possible to get more than 8 systems mid game.
@el Rago:
Normally, one would unlock Stealth Type-A, then earn ship achievements to unlock Type-B, then fly that to Sector 8 to unlock Type-C. Before Advanced Edition came out (introducing C and a menu overhaul), IIRC you needed Type-A to even navigate the hangar menu to start in the B layout; ship achievements were only meaningful when you had Type-A.
Your profile has Type-A and Type-B locked, with Type-C and one achievement unlocked. When saving, the editor sees Type-A isn't available, and drops the presumed superfluous stealth achievements. The missing achievement is the only discrepancy it's warning about there.
Workaround: When you open the profile, you can ignore the nag this time, and unlock Stealth Type-A, so nothing will be lost when saving.

minor fixes for ship unlocks and achievements not functioning correctly, saves being fully editable, etc.
Can you be more specific?
I don't recall any outstanding bugs with unlocks and achievements, other than the corner case that was first reported this month.
Many remaining aspects of saves which aren't directly editable yet can nonetheless be indirectly changed (e.g., cargo or shops). Is there something you're hoping to do?
