The main forum rule is "don't be a jerk"... One could argue that "don't swear if you don't really have to" falls under this, too.
Other than that, this is the internet -- if using swear-words is part of a joke you're shooting for, then go for it. Just don't fall into the other extreme of using "fuck" instead of a comma. People are unlikely to treat you with any sort of respect if you do that.
