[WIP][Ship] FTL Challenge - Running on Fumes

You and your crew run frantically through the halls of the station, and just barely manage to throw yourselves onto a ship and rocket away before the station explodes with a colossal boom. As you flee from the fleet, you power up your weapons, only to realize the ship you have doesn't have the power to fire these weapons! Luckily your clever Engi crewman is able to modify them so the consuming weapons can be powered with FTL cells! Although this offers a solution, it'll only be so long before you're Running on Fumes!

Note: This is not yet available to download, and will be compatible with AE. Don't ask below.

The Aim of this challenge ship is to stress the already relevant dangers of running low on fuel, by making both of your starting weapons consume fuel. Currently I only have a few things done, and am waiting for Superluminal 2 to be released before I actually go about designing the ship. I could create it from scratch, but I'm not very skilled at that and the ship editor is coming out soon, so it would be better to wait. I'll update this regularly until I'm finished, and possibly expand into something larger. Now, on to what I actually have done.

The Hull:

This will be the hull of the ship. It's mostly done from scratch, but there are a few things spliced in to add a bit more flavor to it. I'm in the midst of making the custom weapons, and I still need to shape the cloak image up some because I'm not to happy with it. I haven't decided if I'm going to do a cut-away view for the floor image, or If I'm going to use the traditional method. Feedback on this is especially appreciated.

That's all there is currently. This is a small project and it should be done shortly after Superluminal 2 is released, unless I decide to expand it. Like always, feedback is appreciated, but please refrain from using any profanity. Thank you for your time!

Hm, interesting. But did you test this? Can weapons made to consume fuel somehow?

Currently something's wrong with the version of slipstream mod manager I'm using, and I haven't got around to dealing with it and I'm going to test it soon. You can consume drones with normal weapons, but I haven't tried it with fuel.
