[SHIP][WIP] Federation 22 Phantom

Story:
You wake to find your hangar has been raided and all of your high class ships have been stolen...

except one, the first FTL driven space fighter Federation 22 Phantom (F-22 Phantom)
it maybe old but the F.S.F (Federation Space Force) were known for making reliable ships

This one is no exception

To Do List:
*Custom Guns
*Custom GIBs

also if someone can tell me how to add more than one ship to the .ftl i would be grateful
