pirate markings.
I've been trying to create a pirate ship recently, but i haven't found an efficient way to recreate the pirate markings. does anyone have a good technique?

Re: pirate markings.
If you can base your markings on existing ship markings, you can easily copy the markings of an existing pirate ship in photoshop cs6 using select->color range. Then you can modify the markings and add them as a new layer on your new ship image.

In the form of select by color, yes.xlandar wrote:thanks, although i use gimp, not photoshop. does it also have this feature?
