It's been an amazing few months of beta testing filled with hard work and lots of rebel-destroying fun, but now it's time for the rest of the world experience FTL!

FTL has just gone on sale!

If bought at our website you will receive DRM free versions for Windows, Mac and Linux as well as a Steam key.
If purchased at GOG.com you'll get the Windows DRM-free build and some bonus items.
It will be available to purchase on Steam in 6 hours from now.

I've been in the Beta since it first opened and it's been great watching the refinements that you have made throughout.
It's the smoothest beta that I have ever been a part of!
Usually there are lots of bugs and gamestoppers, but I have only had minor things, and the majority of the ones I've read have seemed like minor ones too.
Love this game, I can't get enough of it, you have made my game of the year here! ;-)

So, all in all, huge thanks, many congrats, and I hope that whatever you turn your hands to next goes as well!

just to clarify, if I jumped the gun and bought this through Steam I cannot obtain a Linux version of it without buying it again from your main site?
