Slipsteam mod manager v1.4 error

I have a problem, when I click patch it says : Patching failed: java.io.FileNotFoundException: C:\Program Files (x86)\FTL\resources\data.dat (Access is denied)

Please Help

Run as administrator.

Also, you're supposed to post it in the Slipstream thread, or at the very least in Mod Development. Not Mods.
