I couldn't find a reference to this issue/bug/oddity after a quick glance on the forum or the Get Satisfaction website so I'm guess no one reported this?..
If a system like clocking or teleporting has been used and is on cool down you can get back some of the power locked in the system by walking in more Zultan crew then there are unused power slots in the system. Some of the ships power is then replaced by the Zultan power - returning it to your ship - allowing you to then walk out your Zultan crew, keeping the Zultan power and the retrieved system power to use elsewhere. i.e. You have just used level 1 clocking - if you walking in and then walk out one Zultan crew member in to that system, you will be able to reassign the one unit of power that would have otherwise being used by the clocking system as it was recharging. Not sure what the intended behaviour should be but felt as if that shouldn't have happened...

I'd file this under nuanced exploit. Pretty narrow. Certainly useful for teleporter and cloaking.

They should make it where if their energy is 'stuck' in a system, they should go a little dim and their max hp drops to 60, not being able to put energy into anything else until the locked recharge is over. lol
