[HELP] How you can Put a Ship image in a ship ?

That is the same image has 2 ships in it. To be able to travel between them, he linked the doors.

As Ora said, it's technically "one" ship - one ship_base.png file, with multiple ships on it. The rooms are linked between ships, but it's still considered a single unit in FTL's terms.
