Some help with unpacking an .ftl file

Hi all,

Okay, being new to this I am a bit confused:)

Can anyone point me to how to unpack an ftl file? I thought I had it (using the ftl dat program through a command prompt) but clearly that isn't it. Everything asks for a .dat file, but all I have is an .ftl file. I am thoroughly confused by all the tools out there. Can anyone point me to the appropriate direction?

Okay, changed it to a zip file and that worked. Nevermind!:)
