Game failing to start, Runtime error(Help)

My game was working fine till this morning, it kept giving me the error on start up

"This application has asked runtime to terminate in an unusual way.

Please contact the applications publisher for assistance and support."

The only option from here is to close out.

Any ideas? Im running in steam.

(PS, i have uninstalled and re-installed mutliple times)

When does it fail? Do you see the loading screen?

The same thing is happening to me...I don't know what to do...And the thing fully loads but I don't see the title it just gives the message when it's done loading not running on steam tho...
