Requesting Assistance

I'm attempting to replace the Federation Cruiser with my own custom ship, but it's not working. I've assembled a correct .ftl file, patched it in on it's own using GMM, but nada.
Would someone take a look at my mod, please?

In your blueprints.append.xml file:
PLAYER_SHIP_FED_1 should be PLAYER_SHIP_FED
