[LINUX] Black screen on Startup - 1.03.1

Just bought FTL and I'd really like to play it, but I only get a black screen on startup.
Running ArchLinux 64-bit with Intel Gfx (HD4000):

Upon starting FTL, I get the following and then a window that is all black... I can hear the sound, but the FTL window is completely black:

Just edited the settings.ini file to run fullscreen and now the game works; however, windowed mode still has the same black-screen problem as described above. It would be nice to be able to run it windowed.

It may be a problem with your Linux distribution, and/or your graphics driver. I think you are the first to report this issue.

For your information, I can play in windowed and full-screen modes without issue on Kubuntu 32-bits with an nVidia card.
