Duplicate Augmentation Bug

It seems to require a very specific sequence of events to trigger this bug. I got the event where you find an Engi ship being attacked by a pirate. I was using the Mantis B ship, and my entire crew was on the enemy ship when I killed all the crew. I gave the Engi ship the 40 scrap, 2 missiles and 2 fuel, and received the Engi Med-Bot augmentation. During the fight, my teleportation bay was destroyed, so my crew used an enemy shuttle to get back to the ship. This triggered receiving a second Engi Med-Bot augmentation, which was then broken down into scrap because it does not stack. I did not have this augmentation prior, so I'm certain I got two from this one event.

This bug happens whenever you're forced to take the shuttle. It will be fixed in a future patch.. thanks for taking the time to report it though!
