bomb dupe bug!
Playing on the mantis B, i get a fair share of bombs. the first time i saw i had 2 fire bombs after just getting one. i thought "hey, when did i get the first one?" just now i got one breach mk. 2 bomb i know i had no weapons, and i got two! this is a serious bug that should get fixed!

It has been reported that sometimes two rewards are received instead of one.
If you used any mods when this happened, please list them. I suspect it's a modding related bug because it does not occur in the normal version.
