Sprite issues.

Not a massive deal, but annoying all the same.

1: All the text in the game is now sitting OUTSIDE of the text boxes, sometimes the first 2 lines of text just aren't there at all.

2: Some the ships I use just appear as the internal rooms, surrounded by a black square.

3: When hovering a target recticle over an hostile ship, it becomes a black square.

The game its self is fine, never crashes, no lag etc., it's just a bit weird. Played around in the options, tried starting it with/out mods, no dice.

Looks like you have conflicting files packed in your resources. Happens sometimes if GMM packs files from different versions of FTL.

Try this:

Unisnstall FTL (keep the profile and saved game if you have any)
Delete the folder FTL was installed in. All of it!
Reinstall FTL, reinstall GMM, reinstall mods.

If you have older versions of FTL or GMM, download the latest version and install that.

EDIT - If you use Steam, try verifying cache before uninstalling/reinstalling. Maybe that helps.
