So i started to get bored about the normal FTL and found out there was mods. So i tried to install one and this happens: When the window opens, it says its not responding and I waited 15 minutes to respond and didn't work at all. I want my FTL back!
The mod names are SC2ships, Rebel Flagship and Scrap Advantage, used 3 at the same time, failed. Used one at the same time. FAIL. Reinstall........ FRESH and CLEAN ftl. FAIL!!!

rodprior700, try to reinstall the game in a whole new location. Somehow, even when you reinstall the game, some mod residues remain in the previous location.

I dont know what you mean by fresh and clean. Did you uninstall FTL completely? Completely meaning deleting the mod manager, mods and everything else that was left in FTL folder?
Your profile and saved game are not affected by mods, so you can keep those, but remove everything else by hand. If you still cant get FTL to work after deleting files, then try again to uninstall and delete but this time also clean up your registry before installing FTL again.
The reason FTL wont start is because the game is still using modded resources.
