lost vs the boss and never got such a lucky run again lol
what's the biggest amount of ships any of you guys have unlocked during a single run?

I once unlocked three ships in this run.
My ships:
Kestrel A, Engi A, Engi B, Stealth A, Stealth B, Zoltan A, Zoltan B, Rock A, Federation A, Federation B, Mantis A, Mantis B.

The other day, in my only winning run to-date, I unlocked three ships (or two, if you don't count an alternate layout). I had defeated an enemy ship without using the Ion gun in the first encounter I had in order to unlock the Engi Layout B. A little luck with an event later on got me the Zoltan ship, and then beat the game to unlock the Federation Cruiser.
