Hello,
FTL is unplayable for me, because I am unable to read the mouse-over information.
Is there some means of increasing the font size to something legible?

Actually, by changing to full-screen mode I am able to read the mouse-over text with a bit of effort.
I'd prefer larger, but I am able to make it out.

Can you show a screenshot of the game, so that we can see if there is something wrong with it on your computer?

I'll keep that in mind for a future update to allow you to bump up tooltip size. Sorry about the problem.
