I'm using Grognak's Mod Manager and have installed three mods, they are Beginning Scrap Advantage, the diversity mod and Highres Backgrounds. i just put them all in the mods file and patched it. But when i run the game my fonts are all the wrong sizes and in the wrong place and when i open an air lock it darkens entire screen below it.
any help would be great.

Sounds to me like this should help you out.
Also, the devs don't officially support modding, so if your problems seem to be mod-related, best to ask in the Development subforum, or in the mod thread directly if you can narrow it down to just one.
