Crystal in Store[Idea]

I have a funny idea, Crystal in normal stores or slavers ,BUT you must have extreme good luck and Crystal in a store are cost 100 - 150 scrap.

Crystals can be purchased in stores already, but only in the Secret sector. I believe they cost 65 per.
Making them available in 'normal' sector stores would be... weird. I think it's been done, but as part of a larger mod that changes all kinds of other things too, so I'm not certain which one it was.

I know ,but you aren't the only one who can save a Cystal in a Stasis Pod and sometimes there Crystals have a boad luck.
