[BUG] slug interceptor lacks doors
The Slug Interceptor enemy ship lacks doors connecting to the Engine and Oxygen rooms to the rest of the ship. This means the enemy cannot repair these rooms; once disabled, these systems can never recover. Restoring doors to these rooms should fix the problem.

Fairly certain this isn't a bug. A lot of people have talked about it but it has not been fixed in recent updates. Maybe the Slugs wanted to save scrap on doors.
"Sir, what happens if the oxygen room gets shot?"
"They shouldn't have gone with the lowest bidder, then."

I like it when they sometimes have someone manning the sealed off engine room, Fortunato style.
But yeah, I made a topic on this before but I think it's the game giving you a break rather than a bug.

It is a bit strange, but I always assumed it was an invitation to a strategic move (I mean you have to realise the possibility and act on it), a ship capture for newbies, I was grateful for it.

I also thought it was an invitation for newbie suffocation, however, I resurrected this post because I also think its a form of protection.
1) Slugs are thieving bastards. Sealing the oxygen and engine forces them to return to the place of origin.
2) To prevent a slave escape.
I haven't seen this ship in any Slug controlled territories (My theory is garbage if this isn't true).
