Mouse pointer 'floaty and unresponsive' until I switch VT

I found the solution. For my driver at least.

1. Download this

2. Uninstall your current driver. Device manager > Video card X1650 > Properties > Uninstall Driver.

3. Install The CCC driver. Mine actually told me at the end of the installing in an error box that it failed... it didnt I guess, I restarted and it looked as if my drivers were still not working. I then went to install drivers in Device manager again, used search computer found them and attempted to install. It told me they were already up to date.

4. Went into FTL, worked flawlessly. Just done the tutorial thats it.
