I'm writing a FTL themed Play-By-Forum RPG, but I don't know where I could start a thread for the interest check + sign ups, and for the game itself. I looked at "Stories and Storytelling", but it seems more like that forum is not for role-play stories, but accounts of your FTL gaming...
PS. I'd send a PM to one of the mods, but I think I don't have the privileges...

I suggest you organize that in the Stories & Storytelling sub-forum (RPG is storytelling, right?

Discussion is a general forum for everything FTL related. Other forums have a narrower scope. Stories, like you said is for accounts of FTL playthroughs or experiences from the game itself. Discussion would be the appropriate forum in my opinion. But as boa13 says, you are welcome to post about your idea and, if neccesary it can be moved later.
