"No escape" achievement bugged?

So I've been trying to unlock the Crystal Cruiser Type B, and have been having some trouble with the No Escape achievement, for locking 4 crew in the same room with a lockdown bomb or the crystal crew lockdown power.

I finally got four crew in one room by harrassing the Rebel Flagship's shield room to call two crew over, then teleporting a pair of crystals in which drew another two crew. I hit lockdown with all four enemies in the room, and was fairly confused when I didn't get the achievement. Not sure what I'm doing wrong if using lockdown when there are 4 people in the room didn't work.

Also, I'm sure you guys know this, but the Sweet Revenge achievement is fairly bugged and unlocked for me the first time the revenge shard hit an enemy.

I got that achievement on easy legitamately, but it was on my own ship with an event that sent 4 boarders over.

Then on normal I got it through a bug, when rather than trapping 4 enemies in a room, the room contained 4 of my own crew and 2 enemies.

Sorry Vanguard, it is indeed currently bugged. It's been fixed on my end and will be in a future patch. The suggestions Number43 made are correct. The game mistakenly was testing for intruders instead of enemies... I typed the wrong word in the code So if you trap your crew on the enemy ship, they are intruders and it triggers. Trapping enemies on your ship also will also cause it to trigger.
